Petit Palace Preciados - Madrid

Its location is great and stunning near the center of the city which is a plus, everything-church, shopping and transport and the centre of Madrid. There is nearby Museo del Jamon to grab some food for the dinner.

The bathrooms are so small.

It was in a central location, near by areas. Didn't like when it was rainy outside, went to Takos al Pastor to relax and grab some food.

Their staff were extremely bad.

Good staff attitude, geographical situation , great breakfast.

The room went out on a busy street, it was noisy, long music played.

cool location, most central. Friendly staff, cleaning every day, clean towels and linens, cozy. breakfast upstairs 5 floor 12 euros per person, all fresh.

There were interruptions in the first two days with hot water.

We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with nice views. Excellent service was provided here.

Very convenient, polite and helpful staff. Good value for money. Bathroom very modern, but the main room was small and not really equipped for two persons. But, then, you don't go to the Puerta del Sol to stay in your hotelrrom, do you? But, clean, breakfast OK so all in all, good value for money.

The rook was small and cramped, as mentioned above - but that was the only negative thing I can mention.

It had very central location close to Main Square. The hotel itself was in a pedestrian area, near to Palace, Plaza Mayor, Prado and Gran Via, the center of Madrid and near by areas and which metro lines to take:)))

We had a clogged shower drain the first night we arrived, (they fixed it until next day) The hotel front staff was a little rude, not too kind as they should be.

.The hotel is very good situated near the centre of Madrid.

It is in the center of Madrid in Sol. It is very easy to reach so many places by walking. Please be careful for your pocket in metro. My vallet was stolen when I was in subway.

The room is too small for four people.

The staff here, especially Laura at check-in, was helpful, even giving me directions to grab a local sim card. Plus, the breakfast spread was something I anticipated each day. It was great with fresh fruits and delicious options.

It wasn't cheap, but still within acceptable range for the experience.

the hotel staffs are so nice. they can help you everything you need.

the location of the hotel is the positive of the hotel.The metro station SOL is just a few metres away with access to 3 basic lines that guides you whereever you wish.Moreover,you can wander easily around the streets on foot,where you can find bars,restaurants,cafe and a shopping area.The rooms aren't quite spacious ,but I think that isn't a negative factor.

if you have a room next to the shopping area ( Preciados street) there is much noise and fuss especially at weekends.
